The seed of KAARRYAM were sown, when 2 friends like any other friend vowed to open a business and made castles in the air. The casual chat over evening “Chai” took some credible shape during the free time of 1^st Covid lockdown in 2020.

When the world was talking nothing but negative, these 2 ever positive flames wanted to bring about a change in how they thought, real estate could be dealt with. Being worst of best friends since 5^th standard, similar values, similar social upbringing and as different as “Chalk & Cheese”, made them an even potent “Partners in Crime”.

Took Some weeks and many long discussions over various nights made them choose the name, what we now know as “KAARRYAM REALTY”.

The name KAARRYAM, has been derived from the Sanskrit word – KARMA.

We at KAARRYAM, believe in KARMA and its energy beyond anything else.

The duo of Amitraj & Mayank with their collective real estate experience of 30 years bring in expertise and insights of diverse nature.

Amitraj is always more focussed on transactions and execution. He loves to find innovative solutions to everyday problems and believes firmly in “SMART WORK”. Amitraj finds solace in chaos and thrives best in challenging and uncomfortable situations.

On the contrary Mayank prefers to spend more time in planning and strategizing and derives pleasure in data crunching, he prefers to keep things sane around him.  Mayank takes himself very seriously when it comes to analysing consumer behaviour.

This “poles apart” approach and friendship of more than 29 years makes them a formidable team.

A team that is prepared to take on the world and in the making for much larger things.
