Leaders of East India realty descended at the Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards-2023 East on March 28, 2023 bringing it to a grand conclusion.

Once again proving to be one of the most revered events in the real estate industry of Eastern India, held in the city of joy Kolkata at JW Marriott Hotel after a gap of two years it turned out to be a sensational and phenomenal evening to remember. 

Multiple discussions were held on stage on topics like –  “Kolkata Residential Market – Growth & Barriers”, “West Bengal Realty: The New Possibilities”, “Real Estate Sales: Trends to Adapt in 2023”, “Design Disruption: Technology & Sustainability Convergence”.

It was moderated by Mr Parvez Khalid, Associate Executive Director, Advisory & Transaction – CBRE. They said Kolkata has seen a robust growth in real estate post Covid where certain areas in the cities have contributed to realty development in the city, Even commercial developments in the city have seen growth post pandemic where demand for Grade A office is on rise.

The conclave concluded with the Real Talk: Inspiring Success Stories conducted by Sapna Srivastava, Editor-Realty+. Joining her in this session were Gita Balakrishnan, Founder- Ethos, JP Agrawal, Principal Architect- Agrawal & Agrawal and Sanjay Jhunjhunwala, CEO- Mani Group.

In the Special Address by Ravindra Chamaria, Chairman Managing Director, Infinity Group he highlighted how Covid has played a key role in the development of IT industry especially in Kolkata. Huge investments are being seen in warehouses as well as senior living and student housing.

It was followed by a heart to heart informal Exclusive Conversation between Dr. Annurag Batra, Editor-in-Chief & Chairman, exchange4media & Business World Media Group and Harshavardhan Neotia, Chairman - Ambuja Neotia Group. They spoke about the overall business in pre and post covid, personal bonding experienced during Covid when going through challenging times, ground realties of managing personal business and their aspirations going forward.

The splendid evening concluded with the starry red carpet walk of the winners of Realty+ Excellence Awards 2023 - East presented in the broad categories of Real Estate Projects, Developers, Architects, Interior Design, Proptech & Co-Working, Branding and Individual Achievements.
